Description

The Eighteeth E-Sanit 18 is part of the E-Sanit smart sterilization range, built for practices that need fast, reliable, and traceable instrument decontamination. Its 18L chamber (Ø254 × 355 mm) suits single-surgery practices with moderate throughput, while the 6.15″ LCD touch panel gives real-time temperature, time and pressure data accurate to 1 kPa.

Patented anti-siphon technology (Patent No. ZL202310344487.4) blocks liquid backflow to prevent secondary contamination, and built-in intelligent water detection warns automatically of low or substandard water quality. Eight pre-set programmes — including 134°C Universal and Fast cycles, 121°C Protective and Fast cycles, a 134°C Protein cycle, and B&D, Helix and Vacuum test cycles — cover routine sterilization and validation testing, with a rapid mode completing a full cycle in as little as 30 minutes.

Dual overheat protection and continuous temperature/pressure monitoring (imported NXP-based control with a high-precision PT1000 sensor) are backed by a long-life Italian electromagnetic pump and a replaceable air filter rated to capture 99% of suspended particles. An optional built-in printer is available for two independent methods of cycle data storage.
